Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee or result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 20% of the service fee.
